All devices fail eventually and most modern components need to be programmed or configured when replaced. With a ready to go backup your system can be restored quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime. Depending on device type we will create parameter backups and instructions which your technicians can use to recover or put a plan in place to program remotely. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & INSTALLED BASE EVALUATION
We offer preventative maintenance services to keep your automation systems running for years. Our typical PM work consists of a live inspection utilizing IR scanning to look for trouble spots and to plan ahead so your downtime is utilized to the fullest. After de-energizing we will: address any issues found during the IR scan, tighten all connections, clean and organize all wiring, replace missing labels, vacuum the panel, and maintain any ventilation fans or cooling units.
Installed base evaluation services include equipment surveys to document what components your systems are built from and their condition. We will then evaluate the findings to look for any obsolete parts, make recommendations for spares inventory, and look for standardization opportunities.
